This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals Are Being Requested and A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. Solicitation number N00164-99-Q-0267 applies and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The standard industrial code is 3571 and the business size standard is 1000 employees or less. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract as follows. Line Item 0001: Description: Nicolet Odyssey Data Acquisition System or Equal in accordance with the purchase description on the above referenced RFQ. This RFQ can be downloaded in Word 97 & 6.0/95 or viewing PDF format. Qty: 1 each. Delivery shall be 30 Oct 1999, FOB Destination to Crane, IN 47522. This requirement is reserved for small business concerns only. Award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) if contractor and the Government come to an agreement on all applicable terms and conditions. This includes but is not limited to the Government determining the price proposed to be fair and reasonable. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency.
