It is modified to add the following: The follwoing requirement is for comprehensive hardware and software maintenance support for specific CISCO SYSTEMS equipment. Support will include telephone support, online technical support, software maintenance and hardware maintenance support. Telephone Support: Will include telephone access to fully qualified technical support engineers via a toll-free number. Technical Support Engineers will be fully qualified on equipment identified in the previous stated sysnopsis. Telephone support must be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Online Technical Support: Will include full access to online technical references, technical support tools specific product features, including a problem/solutions data base; a status review of all known software bugs; the ability to download software releases, patches, fixes updates and maintenance releases. Software Maintenance: Will provide software releases, maintenance updates, patches, and fixes. These may be distributed either electronically via the Web or by CD-ROM, where appropriate. Hardware Maintenace (Part Replacement) Next-Business Day: Service will provide replacement of field replaceable components of covered equipment.
