ITEM 002: Jacket, Flyers 36/P, NSN: 8415-01-010-1912, MIL-SPEC: MIL-J-83382. Minimum: 17,480 Maximum: 29,134. Prduction leadtime for both items is 270 days and two term options will be included. Offerors will be required to offer on BOTH items. This acquisition will include Best Value Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: Product Demonstration Models, Past Performance, Manufacturing Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring, and Javits Wagner O'Day.
