CLIN: 0001; Quantity: 00001, U/I: Each; Statement of Requirements: Provide and install 12 ft wide by 32 ft long single-story pre-engineered modular building in a existing hanger on existing cement, featuring three (3) separate office areas, 4 inch insulated walls; data and phone connections; wall mounted air condition; fire sprinkler suppression system; and floor covering. Work includes, but not limited demolition and removal of existing 12 ft wide by 20 ft long modular building; salvage and re-installation of two (2) existing wall mounted A/C units; six (6) 40 inch by 48 inch tempered glass; roof area to be load bearing with galvanized steel surface for storage with OSHA approved safety rail around entire perimeter with 6 foot lift-out gate for easy access; Materials: 112 linear feet of wall sections 9 foot high, 4 inch wall; 4 each standard steel doors with lockset and 4 each 20 inch by 24 inch vision window, 3/16 inch tempered glass; 4 UL listed raceway including switch; 13 UL listed raceway includes duplexes; 6 UL listed raceway including CAT 5, phone jack and 40 foot cable; 384 sq feet beams and plywood (includes beams, .20 steel gauge steel deck & 34 inch plywood) for load bearing roof; 384 sq feet galvanized roof deck, .20 gauge; 384 sq feet suspended grid ceiling with 4/8 inch tiles; 8 each 2 x 4 foot inlay T-12 light fixtures, 4 bulb (bulbs provided by others); 88 linear feet roof fascia; 1 single phase load center with 20 amp breakers, 100 amp capacity; 3 cut-out in wall panel; pre-wired electrical to load center; 1 each new 8,000 BTU wall mounted A/C unit, 384 sq feet VTC tile (color to be determined by user); 1 completely plumbed fire suppression system with H20 sprinkler heads, water line to be 1-1/4 inch pipe, 175 psi; 2 exterior 110 V duplex outlets; work shall conform to latest electrical, plumbing, NFPA, and other code requirements, as may be applicable.
