The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a National Testing Administrator for examination of inspectors to be educated on the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively achieve the Real Estate Assessment Center's (REAC) objectives and to be placed on the REAC roster of certified inspectors. The primary objective is to provide examinations/tests for inspectors in the Fifty (50) States and U.S. Territories, to certify their knowledge of the physical inspection software and protocol. The requirement will be solicited under the "Simplified Acquisition Procedures, on or about September 9, 1999.
