The USSAH is a Continuing Care Retirement Community of approximately 1150 retired and former members of the Armed Forces with an average age of 74. The award will be made on lowest overal price to the Government. This is a simplified acquisition for commercial items up to $5 million in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13. Offerors shall provide company name, address, phone number, fax number, E-mail and point of contact with their request. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business (NTE 5.0 Million).
