A total of 25,000 net usable square feet of warehouse and office space is required for division into 2 areas: a 20,000 square feet net usable warehouse space and a 5,000 square feet net usable office space. In addition, up to ten parking spaces and at least one loading dock should be included. For information purposes, the lease period is considered to be 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2003. This is not a request for proposal; it is merely a request information to be used to determine current market trends. Firms are requested to provide information, including description and location of the building, and price per square foot on or before 9 September 1999.
