Design and construct a dormitory with a maximum of 5040 square meters to accommodate 144 enlisted men and women within 72 "1+1" modules. The "1+1" modules consist of private sleeping rooms with a shared bath and kitchenette. Design will include required circulation and utility spaces along with basic public amenities such as laundry, vending and common rooms. New building will include all utility systems, HVAC and control systems, fire protection and force protection measures.
