Services Administration Is Interested In Leasing Approximately 107,876
Net Rentable Square Feet Of Office Space Which Will Produce
Approximately 95,000 -- Boma Usable Square Feet For the Immigration &
Naturalization Service District Office. Secure Parking For 303 Official
Vehicles and 6 Impound vehicles Is Required On Site. If On Site Parking
Is Not Available For Employees And Visitors, Commercial Parking Within
1 Block Of The Building Is Required For Approximately 186 Employees
including Visitor And Handicap Accessible Parking. Unique Requirements:
Office And Related Space must be in a quality building of sound and
substantial construction with potential for efficient layout. It must
be located on a site of at least 9 acres, with a minimum of
three-quarters of an acre available for additional parking. Space must
be on Contiguous Floors and multiple stories is acceptable. A minimum
floor plate of 50,000 -- 60,000 Usable Square Feet Is Desirable. Will
include dog pens, sallyport areas.Location: The Space must be located
West of Highway 77 and South of Highway 83 and no farther than one
half mile from the existing INS District Annex located at 1709 Zoy
Street in Harlingen, TX. Term: The Space Is Required For 20 Years Firm.
