1359M39G01, Stage 2 LPT Inner Nozzle Seal is a segmented honeycomb
assembly that has a metal backing. The backing branches out to provide
anchoring points to attach the seal to the engine and an attaching
point for the honeycomb material. Function is to prevent the airflow
loss between the spacer seal and the stage 2 nozzle seal. The loss of
the air across the spacer seal results in engine performance
degradation. Dimensions is approx. 1.50 inches in over all width and
0.7 inches overall height. The backing material is 0.050-0.060 thick.
The part is built on a 24 degree arch and 10.105 centerline radius.
Material consists of Hast X the honeycomb is Hast x. 0027-.0033
