Talbert, Contracting Officer The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure the following: two (2) each Video Editing and Production Systems, consisting of: reproducer, editing recorder/reproducer, 20 inch color monitor, waveform/vector monitor, master control editor switcher, character generator, and various audio components, audio and video cables and system cases; four (4) each Video Acquisition Systems, consisting of: camcorder kit, serial component generator, serial digital analyzer, digital audio analyzer/generator, microphones, headphones, tripod, batteries and charger, power supply, and miscellaneous cable, lamps, batteries and accessories and cases; four (4) each Audio Acquisition systems, consisting of: audio cassette recorder/reproducer, receiver, transmitters, microphones, and miscellaneous cables, grips and cases; two (2) Lighting Systems, consisting of: studio light system, halogen lights, barndoor frame, light filter set, and miscellaneous cables, batteries, chargers, and lamps. The systems will be FOB Destination: 114th PA Attachment, Manchester, New Hampshire (one video editing and production system, two video acquisition systems, two lighting systems and two audio acquisition systems) and MSARNG Jackson, Mississippi (one video editing and production system, two video acquisition systems and two audio acquisition systems). Partial or incremental deliveries of systems components will not be authorized. Individual systems must be shipped complete. Split awards may result from this solicitation, if determined to be in the best interests of the Government, price and other factors considered. However, awards will be made only upon the basis of complete systems (e.g. Video Acquisition System, etc.) Components that comprise the individual systems will not be awarded individually. Technical capability is more important than past performance and technical capability and past performance, when combined, are not as important as price. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
