Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: (1). Change the type of connector required for line item 2 of the solicitation as follows: FROM: BNC Connector TO: TROMPETER Connector, Part#: UPL-220-020 (75 Ohm, male coaxial connector) This connector is the ONLY connector that will meet the Government's requirements. (2). Change the delivery date for Items 1 and 2 as follows: FROM: September 24, 1999 TO: October 8, 1999 (3). Samples that may be requested from offerors shall be submitted (on NASA, KSC Shipping Dock) within a week of request. (4). Extend the due date to 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on September 2, 1999. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to September 2, 1999, 3:00 P.M. EST. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on September 2, 1999, 3:00 P.M. EST.
