This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F49642-00-QV017 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) and will result in an indefinite delivery type contract with fixed price CLINS for a base period from date of award through 30 Sep 00, with 3 one year option periods. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-12, dated 17 June 1999.
