The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery -- Indefinite Quantity (ID-IQ), Commercial Item Contract for the purchase of clothing embossed/printed with a FEMA insiginia. The clothing will be utilized by FEMA personnel at disaster operations and include the following items: baseball hats, wool stocking caps, coaching jackets, all weather jackets, sport shirts, and long sleeve mock shirts. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under SIC code 2329. The award is expected to include a base year and three option years with fixed pricing established for all four years. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in making award. Companies will be required to submit product samples as part of this procurement.
