The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division requires the use of VxWorks and Wind kernel operating system to support CSS developed applications. CSS intends to award on a sole-source basis to Wind River Systems, 9925 Timberstone Road, Alpharetta, Ga. These operating systems are integrated into the SKIPPER system, which combined with other various components, comprises the PC-104 system.
