The USDA Forest Service requires professional services as needed in developing and establishing study designs for projects being initiated on the Chugach National Forest, for assistance in determining appropriate statistical analyses on existing datasets, and for assistance in implementing statistical analyses. Periodic, ongoing, short-term assistance with statistical analyses will be required on a call-when-needed basis. The Forest Service does not anticipate turning over datasets to the Contractor for purpose of full and complete analysis. It is anticipated the Contractor will provide advice and assistance to the Forest Service in designing projects and analyzing data. The Chugach National Forest covers three primary geographic locations in Southcentral Alaska; the Kenai Peninsula, Prince William Sound, and the Copper River Delta. The term of the contract will be three years. The maximum order limitation will be $100,000 cumulative total for the life of the contract.
