The Contractor or any one performing the inspections on behalf of the Contractor must possess a certified residential appraisal license. Contractor may physically pick-up the cases or they may be mailed on a weekly basis to the Contractor. The Contractor shall inspect the property, complete the inspection form (Form HUD 1038-V) and return the completed form to the Field Office with 15 working days from date of assignment. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the Contractor. The geographic area covered by this solicitation is Atlanta, Georgia and the counties serviced by this office. The contract period is from October 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999 with a possible extension through March 31, 2000. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 31, 1999 with a due date of no later than September 13, 1999. Copies of the RFQ will be made avialable upon request.
