This request is for a Lease to own of an Internal Ultrasound Assisted Tissue Removal System (Contour Genesis System, MFG: Mentor), to include the following items: Ultrasonic Generator (PN G4000); Aspirator (PN A-1300); Infiltrator (PN I-1450); System Cart/Stand; Ultrasonic Handpiece; Handpiece Sterilization Tray; Cannulae Sterilization Tray; Basic Set of Cannulae w/ Sheaths (3mm/12cm, 4mm/24cm and 4mm/35cm); Cannulae Wrenches (3mm, 4mm); Handpiece Wrench; Foot Pedal, Single; Foot Pedal, Dual; Two year extended warranty. Period of Lease is from 01 Sep 99 through 30 Sep 99 (Base Year).
