Work consists of in place processing (grinding), blading roadway and compacting and miscellaneous and related work. Location of Project: From Lowell at the junction US Highway No. 12 and Forest Development Road No. 223, proceed southeasterly along Road 223 a distance of 6.8 miles to the junction with FDR 651 and the beginning of the project. Contract time is 30 days. Est start work is April 15, 2000.
