FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to Environmental Technologies Group Inc. under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the following item: individual chemical agent detectors, replacement sensor modules, and ICAD chemical solution samplers. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit an offer. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number / RFQ N00244-99-T-B088 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The agency need is for item 0001: 75 each individual chemical agent detectors, P/N: 2422800-3; item 0002: 309 each replacement sensor modules, P/N: 2425511-2; and item 0003: 100 each ICAD chemical solution samplers; P/N: 2425471.
