Such synopsis indicated a Requirements contract was contemplated. This requirement will be for a five year contract consisting of two base years with three one year options for repair and/or upgrade of 53 items used on the ARQ-44 Data Link System supporting the SH-60 aircraft. Only qualified sources of repair for this system will be solicited since technical qualification is required prior to award.
