THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT SOLICITED TO SEMCO, 1430 VANTAGE COURT, VISTA, CALIFORNIA. The SIC is 3663 and the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation issue date is August 31, 1999. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement to purchase three (3) commercial off-the-shelf Diamond remote pan/tilt camera surveillance systems to provide a wireless duplex remote control pan and tilt system and wireless video transmission and recording integrated into two distinct packages that can operate independently or collectively, with control through a wireless hand-held unit. The system is proprietary to SEMCO, Vista, California. Delivery is within 30 days after receipt of order on a FOB destination basis with all freight included in the delivered price.
