Solicitation number F22600-99-T0795 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ)for a Brand Name item. No substitutions will be accepted. The Standard Industrial Code is 3825, small business standard size is 500 employees. Type of set aside: None. The incorporated document provisions and clauses are to be in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This requirement is for 2 ea of the following items. Item 0001: Amherst Fiber Optics FSU 975 Fusion Splicer, including 110 volt power supply, power cord, heat oven, tool kit with one pair of spare electrodes, blue and black v-groves, user manual, taper, attenuation, erbrium software programs, computer interface kit, carrying case, shipping crate, one year manufacturers warranty, and 24 hour technical support. Item 0002: ERC11-4 Fiber Cleaver Delivery terms shall be FOB destination with delivery 60 days after award and shall be delivered to 738EIS Maltby Hall, Building 7701, Keesler AFB, MS 39534. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination.
