This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; A written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION, ONLY. NASA/GRC intends to purchase a PIV Camera, Model PIVCAM 10-30, P/N 630146, qty. 2 ea., from TSI, Inc., Shoreview, MN 55126 on a sole-source basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b). TSI is the only source for a PIV camera that is 100% compatible with existing lasers, timing electronics and software already owned by NASA/GRC. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-13. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3829 and 500 employees, respectively. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA/GRC, Cleveland, OH is required within 30 calendar days ARO.
