DESCRIPTION: The government intends to pursue a purchase order for the AMEDD, located at Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234, on a sole source basis with MD Consult, 11701 Borman Drive, Suite 300, St. Louis, MO 63146. This will provide a corporate license for 20 simultaneous users to connect with MD Consult via the Internet. Theprovisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, without addenda, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items with offer.
