Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient hospital services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. Services shall be provided within a 75 mile radius of the Federal Transfer Center. The contract type is a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract.
