a requirement for a U.S. or foreign flag roll-on/roll-off vessel to
transport 157,596 (+/- 10%) sq ft (121,936 rolling stock, 38 twenty
foot containers, one forty foot milvan, and 25,058 sq ft other cargo)
from Savannah, GA. Additional load port of Sunny Point, NC includes
cargo of 20 -- twenty foot containers at 11 short tons each, 4 --
twenty foot containers of class 1 ammo at 15 short tons each, 6 each of
463L pallets (88 inches W x 108 inches L) of breakbulk ammo (15 short
tons total). Discharge port for all cargo is Dukaylah, Egypt. Laydays
in Savannah, GA are 21/22 SEP 99 with cargo load for Sunny Point, NC to
