Line Item 0001: Civilian Harbor Pilot service for Port Hueneme CA. This pilot service is for military vessels and lighters arriving, departing, and shifting berths in Port Hueneme Harbor. It is estimated that 120 moves will be required during the year. The Bar Pilot Association requires that the pilot company must be licensed by the appropriate state or federal organization, dependent upon the waterway.
