This is amendment number 2 to combined synopsis-solicitation posted pursuant to FAR 12.6. Amendment number 1 was a correction to a single typo-graphical error, which clarified that this correct solicitation number is 701819Q047. The purpose of this amendment number 2 is as follows: (1st) Remove the Small Business Set-Aside from this solicitation. This is open for competition from large businesses and businesses providing equipment manufactured from large businesses. (2nd) Reference from original solicitation item (vi.) letter "i"- you may subsitute a color printer that fits and is compatible with the Echo Sounder's (or equivalent product's) Output, in lieu of the plotter previously sought. Please provide description and specifications and a statement that it's compatible with the Echo Sounder's Output (or equivalent product that you're quoting). The choice to quote either the plotter or color printer is yours.(3rd) Add the following additional item which is being solicited undre this RFQ. Pentium PC, quantity sought is one, shall meet or exceed the following specifications: Minimum 350 MHz, 120 MB RAM, 10 GB HD, Writeable CD and cableing to interface w/ the total system.
