This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotes are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small businesses and the applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3669. This is a purchase and install requirement. Items must be integrated. (1 ea.) Control System with wireless receiver, (1 ea.) Wireless color touch panel, (1 ea.) Cable TV tuner, (1 ea.) Cabling and miscellaneous connectors, (1 ea.) 12 inch 8 out RGB switcher, (1 ea.) 8 inch 4 out Video switcher, (4 ea.)Computer interfaces for C2IPS, GO81, Laptop, and CAMS, (1 ea.) Cabling, miscellaneous connectors, and equipment rack. This submitted quotation should separate the price for parts and for the installation. There are several provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition. This first provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. There is an addendum to paragraph (h) in this provision. We will not be making multiple awards, just a single award. Provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commerical Items, is hereby incorporated with the following evaluation factors to be included in paragraph (a) technical capability of offered items to meet agency requirement, price, and past performance.
