Description of services: Firm-Fixed priced maintenance services on Government owned washers and dryers on-site at various locations at Naval Station, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Maintenance to include parts and labor as it may be required for equipment to function properly. Not included are repairs as a result of abuse, vandalism, plumbing and electrical. Response time; within 24 hours after receipt of trouble call. Hours of operation: 7:00AM to 4:00pm, Monday thorugh Friday, Excluding Federal holidays. Contractor to bill monthly. Vendor to quote in terms of total monthly charge (with a breakdown) for the types and quantities of equipment as follows: Qty: 249 each of Whirlpool Electric Single Washers, Model #GCA2701XSW2; Qty: 19 each of Speed Queen Stackable Gas Dryers, Model #SSG009WA; Qty: 115 each of Speed Queen Electric Single Dryers, Model #LES19AW; Qty: 80 each of Speed Queen Electric Stackable Dryers, Model #SSE007WA; Qty: 33 each of Speed Queen Single Gas Dryers, Model #unknown.
