R -- COURIER SERVICES FOR OUTLYING BRANCH CLINICS LABORATORY TESTS SOL N00168-00-Q-W008 DUE 091399 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0286 The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) has consolidated routine clinical laboratory test services from three (3) outlying sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The period of performance shall be 01 Oct 99 through 30 Sept 00. This consolidation requires courier services to pick up specimens and transport them back to NNMC Bethesda, MD on a daily basis. This courier service will be responsible for the consistent and reliable system of transporation for the same day pick up and delivery of specimens on a routine daily basis. The Government shall select the offeror which provides the greatest value to the Government. Past performance may also be a determining factor in award of this contract. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussion and/or negotiations. NO TELEPHONE CALL WILL BE ACCEPTED CONCERNING THIS REQUIREMENT.
