The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Contract to procure the services of a Health Professional Recruitment Firm to lead the effort in the recruitment of physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, nutritionists/dietitians, optometrists and other health professionals. To assist in the source selection process, we request offerors to submit a technical proposal which addresses the following evaluation criteria; 1. PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE; The proposal must document the offerors experience as it relates to the requirements as referenced in the Statement of Work. The information provided shall demonstrate the offerors understanding of the nature of the work undertaken and include a list of professional personnel that will be assigned to this project. Curriculum vitae or resumes of staff directly involved in performing services under this proposed contract shall be included in the proposal. 2.ADEQUACY OF TECHNICAL APPROACH; The proposal shall provide a statement of the problem, scope and purpose of the project in the offerors own words to demonstrate a complete understanding of the Statement of Work requirements. The technical proposal should be in as much detail necessary to fully explain the proposed technical approach or methodology. The technology approach of methodology should reflect a clear understanding of the nature of the work being undertaken. The technical proposal shall indicate where the work is to be performed. 3. MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES: The proposal shall include the following information in sufficient detail to allow a complete analysis information in sufficient detail to allow a complete analysis of the offerors management capabilities and responsibility. a. Capability to meet delivery or performance schedules. b. Financial capability to perform the work outlined in the Statement of Work. c. Adequacy of the offerors administrative structure, support staff, facilities, operational procedures and equipment including technical all hardware and software.
