Answer: The definition for this requirement of Local coverage is from San Luis Obispo to San Diego. Local Regional Coverage is intended to cover a tri-state (CA/AZ/NV) area. Regional is considered a set region or group of various states, (this item will only be used if the contractor has a separate rate for this item). Question (2): What is the intent of paragraph 3.1(3)in the Statement of Work. Answer: The intent of paragraph 3.1 (3) is for the Government-owned pagers to have access to the vendor's carrier services. Question (3): What form do I use to submit the quote? Answer: For Commercial Items you may submit whatever forms you normally submit your quotes on. Question (4): Can I submit my quote via email or fax? Answer: Yes, e-mails may be submitted to penny_a_estrada@sd.fisc.navy.mil and faxes may be submitted to 619-532-2347. However, the Contractor is responsible for all e-mails and faxes. Question (5): Is this requirement for Pt. Hueneme and Pt. Magu? Answer: As stated in paragraph 3.2(1)of the Statement of Work the requirement is for Pt. Hueneme and Pt. Magu. Question (6): Is the requirement for the lease or purchase of pagers? Answer: The requirement is for Paging Services for Government owned pagers. The requirement DOES NOT include the lease or purchase of additional pagers. Question (7): Do I have to be CCR registered and what numbers do you need? Answer: Yes, All Contractors must be CCR registered prior to receiving a DOD contract or order. Include the Contractor's CAGE, DUNS and Tax or Federal identification numbers on all responses.
