Plear (440)838-6028 The Cleveland Business Center, Cleveland, Ohio referred to hereinafter Employee Education Center (EES) proposes to enter into a contract for the rental audiovisual equipment and technical support for the annual EPVA conference. This is a Request for Quotations, for which it and all incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code(SIC) is 7359. The Small Business Size Standard for this procurement is $5 Million. This is a combined snyopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR supbart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The conference shall be held from September 6 through September 9, 1999. The location shall be the Riviera Hotel, Las Vegas, NV. The conference activities shall take place in the Royale Ballrooms one (1) through eight (8). The setup shall be on Monday September 6, 1999 Labor Day. The meetings shall be held September 7th, 8th from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on 9th. Striking of equipment shall take place on Thursday evening September 9th. The setup is basic equipment with minimal wiring. Each room will have a tech table in the back or the room. Each room is separate except for the general session room on Wednesday.
