The project consists of the rehabilitation of 20.6 miles of undeveloped roadways in the Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge and the reconstruction of a parking area at the Cache River National Wildlife Refuge. The project work includes grading, lime stabilization, aggregate roadway surface, embankment, drainage, and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Aggregate base course: 63,500 tons; Processing lime treated subgrade (8" uniform thickness): 72,800 SQYD; Shaping roadway section: 1,127 STA; Dumped riprap: 790 CY.
