E-MAIL: Jack E. Massey, Jack.Massey-1@ksc.nasa.gov. NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Offers for Construction of Connect KSC Wastewater Treatment System to CCAS Wastewater Treatment Plant. The successful contractor will be required to constuct and place in service a sewage pumping system to convey sewage from the KSC Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) #4 to KSC STP #1 and a sewage pumping system to convey sewage from KSC STP #1 to an existing transfer pump station at Cape Canaveral Air Station. The order of magnitude for the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the effort shall be completed within 349 calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1623 and $17.0 Million, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFO is on or about September 14, 1999, with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about October 14, 1999.
