ext. 125 The National Park Service has a need for an underground
waterline at Capital Reef NP, Utah. It will be necessary to bore under
the Fremont river and install a 6" PVC or equivalent water pipe for
culinary water, connecting the new pipe to the existing pipe on each
side of the river. New 6" PVC waterline has been installed at a depth
of 4' to 5' on both sides of the river. The pipe extends to
approximately 5' from the river bank on the north side and
approximately 12' to 15' from the river bank on the south side. The
distance from the north river bank to the south river bank is
