The fence panels shall be installed to match existing fence panels and site conditions. All lumber, paint and screw fasteners to be used on this contract will be supplied by the government. The lumber is pre-cut, primed and stored. The contractor shall transport material from storage to site, site lay out, auger holes, set posts, construct and paint fence panels and prepare and paint existing fence panels. The job site is the Naval Air Station Complex, Key West, FL. Any quotation over $25,000 will require a payment bond or other acceptable alternative payment protection upon award of the contract.
