This requirement is to establish a repair Basic Ordering Agreement with L3 Communications, Communication Systems West Division for the repair and/or repair/upgrade of the ARQ-44 Data link multiplexer used on the H-60 aircraft. This requirement is for anticipated repairs of the latest -11 configuration (P/N 8007-1000-11) as well as repair and upgrade of lower configuration multiplexers to the latest -11 configuration. Currently, L-3 Communications is the only qualified source for this effort.
