The standard industrial code is 3669 and the business size standard is 500 employees or less. This requirement is for the procurement of six each drawing packages (see attached statement of work for specifics available for downloading at www.crane.navy.mil/supply). This requirement is sole sourced to Smiths Industries,Florham Park, New Jersey. Smiths Industries currently has all proprietary rights to the drawings. The required delivery is 30 days after receipt of contract, F.O.B. Destination with inspection and acceptance at NAVSURFWARCENDIV CRANE. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded based on Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
