Maintenance of a 1000GB License: 1 year. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Unitree Software as these items are proprietary to and only available from them. The authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Interested firms have 5 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
