Solicitation number(s) F25600-99-R-0400 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following service: The work consists of furnishing all plant, equipment, materials, and in performing all operations in connection with the services to conduct a potable water distribution system survey and potable water leak detection of the water distribution system on Offutt AFB. See attached Statement of Work. All services to be performed should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
