This contract will utilize both Cost Reimbursement and Firm-Fixed Price task orders for construction and service activities at hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste (HTRW) projects at various military and non-military locations within the North Atlantic Division mission areas. The principle purpose of this IDT is remedial action, however it may require short term operation and maintainence of government owned/controlled facilities. The maximum amount of this contract will not exceed $50 million over a five year period (base period one year, with four one year option periods). The estimated issue date for the request for proposal is on or about October l5, 1999 with a proposal due date on or about December 15, 1999. The proposed action is not set-aside for small business firms.
