This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. F2660099QY150 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. Solicitation is unrestricted. The SIC for this solicitation is 3669. This is a single source requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and we intend to award a purchase order to Denro, Inc. 9318 Gaither RD., Gaithersburg MD 20877-1494. The requirement is as follows: Non-personal service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to repair circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and other lowest repairable units of the Denro systems that make up the Nellis Integrated Communications Switching System (NICSS). Denro is the manufacturer and the only known source to fulfill this requirement. This is the only line item in this solicitation. Quotations should be firm fixed price that includes all costs necessary to perform the services. RFQs are being requested immediately and the estimated award date is 1 Oct 99. Responsible sources are invited to participate.
