This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F05611-00-Q0058 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-13.
