Rework of the GTCP36-100C Auxiliary Power Unit & Components
manufactured by Allied Signal Auxiliary Power, on an as required basis:
Gas Turbine Assy, NSN 2840-01-074-2941, P/N 3800030-2-1, estimated
quantity 10 each base year, estimated quantity total of 40 for option
years; APU Fuel Control, NSN 2835-01-HS1-1027, P/N 3882600-3, estimated
quantity 2 each base year, estimated quantity total of 8 for option
years; Fuel Nozzle Assy, NSN 2910-01-291-5790, P/N 3830061-5, estimated
quantity 10 each base year, estimated quantity total of 40 for option
years; Combustion Chamber, NSN 2835-01-178-0900, P/N 3830077-3,
estimated quantity 6 each base year, estimated quantity total of 24 for
option years; for the U.S. Coast Guard HU-25 Aircraft. Delivery to
ARSC, Elizabeth City, NC is required within 120 calendar days after
receipt of material for the Gas Turbine Assy, and 90 days after receipt
of material for the APU Fuel Control, Fuel Nozzle Assembly, and
Combustion Chamber. Period of performance is date of award through 30
Sept 00, with four one-year options renewable annually. The Coast Guard
intends to solicit and negotiate on a limited source basis with the
manufacturer, AlliedSignal, Inc., 1300 West Warner Road, Tempe, AZ
85285-2200 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, and firms which are
certified by the Federal Aviation Administration or by the Original
Equipment Manufacturer as an authorized rework facility. All
engineering data and specifications are proprietary to the manufacturer
and are not available through the Coast Guard. All responsible sources
may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Requests
