Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judge(ALJ) seeks
license attorney to write draft proposed decisions in cases before the
Administrative Law Judges. It is anticipated that a number of purchase
ordered will be issued in amounts ranging from $3,000 to a maximum of
$50,000. The total amounts of contracts to be awarded will be around
$150,000 base on budgetary constraints. Offerors must have experience
as Administrative Law Judge, Judge Magistrate Mastery or hearing
Officer of a court record or as an attorney who has experience in
analyzing pleading trial testimony and exhibits of doing legal research
on Federal Black Lung Cases. Requests for Black Lung solictation must
cite SP-99-015, and requests for Board of Alien Labor Certification
Appeals (BALCA) must cite SP-99-016. Only written requests will be
