The contract will be for a base period with an option to extend four additional periods. The contractor shall be capable of installation of sprinkler systems and planting of various landscape material. The services may consist of site preparation; furnishing and spreading planting soil; planting of trees, shrubs, groundcover and turf grass; staking of trees; design and installation of sprinkler systems; and a one-year warranty of all living plant material.
