NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials necessary to provide, packing, containerization, and local drayage of personal property shipments for military and civilian personnel as scheduled by the Joint Personal Property Shipment Office (JPPSO) Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Award of a contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government.
